Tends double-unit hat-blocking machine that shapes white twill
Navy hats: Places hat on bottom part of block (mold), pushes
block forward, and pulls lever to lower upper part of block over
lower section. Opens air valve that inflates rubber lining and
presses crown outward against sides of block to shape (block)
hat. Moves lever to raise upper section of block, releases air
pressure, pulls lower section to starting position, and removes
sahped hat.
Stacks hats on table.
